Welcome to registration for 2025 Panhellenic Primary Recruitment at the Rochester Institute of Technology!
Please make sure to save your login information from CampusDirector! You will be using the same login during the primary recruitment process on the PNM MyCompanion App. Some FAQs are answered below, and other information can be found on the Panhellenic Website.
In order to participate in primary recruitment, please note the following minimum requirements:
- If you are not a first-year student, a minimum of 2.5 GPA is required to participate in Recruitment.
- You must be in good standing with the university (i.e. Not on a conduct status higher than a warning).
- You may not be a ritually initiated member or disaffiliated from another social Greek letter organization.
- Each chapter has its own policies on membership eligibility. Please review these policies and email cpcrecruitment@rit.edu should you have questions. To view chapter information, go to the Panhellenic Website and hover over Chapters at the top.

2025 Recruitment Kickoff 1 – Wednesday, September 3 at 7:30 PM (Fireside Lounge)
2025 Recruitment Kickoff 2 – Thursday, September 4 at 7:30 PM (SHED 3300)
SSS Round 1: 9/08 at 7:00-8:15 pm (Campus Center)
ZTA Round 1: 9/09 at 7:00-9:00 pm (DSP 1250)
ASA Round 1: 9/10 at 7:00-9:00 pm (Fireside Lounge)
AXD Round 1: 9/11 at 7:30-9:00 pm (DSP 1250)
DPE Round 1: 9/12 at 7:00-9:00 pm (DSP 1250)
ZTA Round 2: 9/15 at 6:30-8:00 pm (ZTA House)
ASA Round 2: 9/16 at 7:00-9:00 pm (ASA House)
AXD Round 2: 9/17 at 7:00-8:30 pm (AXD House)
DPE Round 2: 9/18 at 6:30-8:00 pm (DPE House)

Preference Round (Invite Only):
Bid Night: Tuesday, September 23 at 7:45 PM (Fountain Park)
*You will meet with your Gamma Chi (recruitment counselor) before the kickoff you attend.
*You are required to attend ONE round of each chapter's recruitment in order to be invited back for the preference round.
If you are a PNM that would like to request Access Services (interpreting, captioning) during the Recruitment process, you will be able to request this during the registration process. We encourage you to complete this as soon as possible so that we can submit an accommodation request.
